I posted the question regarding the UCLA CAPP TD. From the responses I
received there are two sizes of the UCLA CAPP, one for children, and one for
teens and adults. The CAPP for children is still manufactured by Hosmer. It
appears that the teen and adult CAPP was only produced in limited quantities
for a test program. Hope this helps.
