Al,

With all due respect, my point is this, What good does it due to police
ourselves when the appropriate agencies will not deal with or address
the problems? We ourselves, individually and collectively, cannot
impose any type of penalties for misconduct, fraud, intent to deceive,
etc.

Wouldn't it be nice to report a violator, of any ill conduct, and know
that the proper steps would be taken to verify the complaint, and then
act accordingly? Thankfully, Texas, (and other states with a licensure
law), has afforded us a viable avenue to do this. Virtually any and all
complaints will be investigated !!!

Me personally, I love licensure for the above reasons if no other.
