Hello everyone,

A few weeks ago I posted inquiring about the availability of a
women's style footshell to fit a Flex-Symes Low Profile. Rather
than summarize the posts, I'm going to paraphrase all the
responses here. There were basically a two types of reponses:

1. Try another foot's shell and see if it fits (Century XXII
and Otto Bock C were mentioned)

2. I can't get a shell for my foot either! Let me know what
you find!

I left two voice-mail messages with Flex Foot asking them if they
planned to re-introduce the women's style footshell and have
received no response to date.

I then contacted Kingsley and they are custom-making a
footshell. I had to send them the prosthesis to work with, as
apparently the item they make for Century XXII is actually molded
to the mechanical parts of the foot and is actually not a shell.

I will let the lists know (when I have received the foosthell)
about the looks and quality of it, etc.
Just wanted to say that I haven't forgotten about all the
responses I got!
