This would NOT, repeat NOT, move in the desired direction of
professionalism. We must split off the fabricating and selling of devices
from the professional person who deals hands-on with the patient-client,
determining when fitting is appropriate, resolving the choice of
components, forming and modifying the socket and perfecting the alignment.
The money will still be there, for both arms of the effort, with prestige
added on for the reliably educated professional. GB.
