I agree with Al Pike that confidential information meant for just within the
industry should be sent individually to practitioners, NOT posted to the
whole list.
Take a look at the problems the Los Angeles Police Dept. are having due the
code of silence they practiced. We should all be honest in all our
dealings and we don't want dishonest practitioners in our ranks.....What is
the policy and the history of the ABC dealing with reports of fraudlent and
unprofessional actions of it's members? Is there too big a fear of liability
to persue such accusations?
