I don't know about a tibial air-orthosis, but I do know about
circumferential tibial braces/orthoses that leave the knee and ankle free.
Smith & Nephew Inc. manufacturers a precut zipper splint that comes in
different sizes and is easy to make. I have also published the instructions
on how to make a circumferential orthosis with low temperature
thermoplastic. If this is of interest to you, please let me know.
