I would like to ask for advice and recommendations for a recent shoulder disarticulation amputee.
He is only 1 to 2 weeks post-op, however I have consulted with him and it seems that a myoelectric prosthesis may be the best option.
We do not have enough experience with this level amputation, especially utilizing a myoelectric prosthesis, so we are looking for a center who could assist this gentlemen.
He lives in Florida, but could possibly travel if the situation were right.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
