Can anyone remember the BK Healing cast or WU Cast article written years
ago by a Dr. WU? It describes a rigid trans-tibial NWB removable protective
post- amputation cast. Which O&P publication was it in and when?
I didn't see it in the online JPO site.

The article was Removable Rigid Dressing for Below-Knee Amputees was in
Clinical Prostheticsand Orthotics, Vol 1 pp 33-44, 1987.
The original article was in JBJS Vol 61-A, No. 5 pp. 724-729
It was later in one of our journals I believe, but I don't have that ref in
front of me now.
It was published in the VA journal and not any of the O&P journals. Co Author
was Mike Brncick, CPO.
