Title:
Long AK and Endolite HA Knee Frame
Text:
I am fitting a long, AK who has an old Mark 5 gold unit with SNS. I would
like to use Endolite High Activity knee frame for new limb. The problem of
course is this frame attaches to the connector (standard 4 hole pattern) from
above. I am aware of their Cup attachment system but he has an unusual
shape and extremely prominent distal femur. Going through the bottom of the
socket to make the attachment is really not a desirable option. Alignment
capabilities above the knee are not necessary. Suggestions on getting the
knee center as close to the distal end as possible would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance for any tips you might share.
