Subj: RE: Articulating Foot for 4 year-old
In regards to finding an articulating foot for the smaller users under
10 years the word 'articulating' must be reconfigured so the layman who
is not a prosthetist can understand. Articulating means to move in a
direction or plane from another plane of motion. Utilizing this
definition as opposed to looking for a hinged or multihinged
conventional mechanical foot, gives you a broader range.
I suggest you contact Blatchfords in England or Endolite here for any
gromet material ankle durometers and feet. I do know a prosthetist who
will custom make an ankle and sugget a complimentary foot to accomplish
your needs. He is truly so sincere and compete, and like myself looks
forward to the challenge.
Please contact: Jerome P. Voisin, Certified Prosthetist at New
Generation Inc.: 1 800 327-3036. Let me know how everything works out.
Sincerely,
R. Feldman, CPO
