This is a not a regionally accredited school. In Bears guide to earning
degrees nontraditionally (the bible of distance learning!) in 1995 the
school was denied approval to issue degrees by the state of California. This
school is considered a DEGREE MILL and class work will not be accepted at
ANY regionally accredited school. Regional accredited schools (USC, UCLA,
NORTHWESTERN etc.) GAAP Generally Accepted Accreditation Principles
criteria:
1. Accredited by an accrediting agency recognized by the Council on Higher
education in Washington
2. Accredited by an agency recognized by the US Department of Education.
3. Listed in the International Handbook of Universities (A UNESCO
publication)
4. Listed in the Commonwealth Universities Yearbook.
5. Listed in the World Education Series, published by PIER (Projects in
International Education Research),
6. Listed in the Countries Series, published by NOOR, the national Office
for Overseas skills recognition, in Australia.

California State approval is NOT GAAP approval of degree granting
institutions.

If we look at his CV what does this mean? Trained to be an examiner? Or did
he take the exam and fail? He is not in the 1999 registry.

<1984 Examiner Training, American Board of Orthotics and Prosthetics, Inc.>

1975 - 1977 Delgado Community College/Tulane, New Orleans, LA.
Associate Degree in Orthotics and Prosthetics

Continuing Education Workshops/Orthotic Pre-Med Training Workshops
I am not familiar with this school, did they offer O&P?

Even Columbia Pacific University does not list Orthotics as a degree
available.
Bottom line this guy is a total fraud and anyone dealing with him should
notify the proper authorities. (in many states it is Illegal to falsely
claim degree mill degrees.)
