Fellow OandP'ers:

I've been keeping quiet about this Amputee Union idea of old George's
- but like most of George's ideas, it is impractical and a
duplication of what is already being done.

Please keep in mind George is but one, albeit never ending,
self-perpetuating voice. His opinions are his own, he likes to be
heard. If he had some clout or respect from other amputees I might
actually listen to him myself - but until that happens I skip
everything he has to say.

After all can you take seriously the opinion of a man who blew his
own leg off with a 12 gauge shot gun ??? I have tried - but the same
old circular discussions come around.

Please don't take him seriously.
