Chopart prosthesis inquiry

Does anyone know of a central fab that can do a good job making a
slipper-type Chopart prosthesis made of leather and a carbon footplate? I
have a gentleman who has an old, worn existing prosthesis made this way
utilizing an aluminum shank instead of the carbon footplate. Laces up in
front. Wants it duplicated, but lighter.
