Oh the pure nastiness some of us harbor...
This is a case of stupidity. As with any testing of this kind, no advance or
old copies should exist. The test here, seems to be of one's character, no
matter which pathway we chose to take. The exam's merits should stand and
fall on their own merit AS SHOULD THOSE WHO STAND FOR SUCH AN EXAMINATION.
Knowledge, practical application, formal training, and talent all play a
part. Study can only increase the chances of passing or failing an exam.
Many do fail, many fail to complete the examination process, just as in the
other board's examination.
But what is the problem here? Someone apparently thinks that such
examinations are available for a price...knowing someone, being related to
someone, or just being a swell guy...
Make no mistake, character does count. Cheating and lying, jealousy and
pettiness are all indications of poor character.
As to the value of the B.O.C. certification, ask those who also sport A.B.C.
credentials as well as those of the B.O.C. Richard Nelson B.O.C.O.
