I am looking for (is there?) a wireless neuromuscular stimulator
(para-walker), preferably driven by a programmable chip, for a chronic
progressive MS patient with LE, specifically plantar flexion,
involvements. He has utilized a set of neuromuscular stimulator pads (
glutei/quad/anterior tib) with some success, but found the donning and
trail of wires too prohibitive.
Is a wireless version of a programmable stimulator available? Is it
feasible to adapt to a patient for LE neuromuscular deficiencies per MS?
The MD and I thank you for any info.
Mike M.
