Hello Ted,

A relatively short unit is available from Keiai in Japan. This is a
30mm tube, split, and the proximal piece rotates on the distal piece.
Primarily used in Japan for comfort when seated on the floor, the foot
can rotate to a more comfortable position. I also ran across this in
Saudi Arabia, where Muslim patients praying five times a day found
benefit with a foot that rotated externally. It isn't too heavy,
however the disadvantage is that as rotation occurs, it elongates.
The rotator is 8.3cm in length (with maximum rotation lengthens 1.3cm)
and is 178 grams. Hope this helps.
