US Politics - Response to Reed Coleman
Text:
Reed:
I am a little taken back by the public goading of your post.
In reality, my fiduciary responsibilities, as defined by Delaware corporate
law, it's interpretation and subsequent opinions lie with ABC regarding this
matter.
My responsibility to you, and those folks who elected me, is to continue to
work as I have in the past; towards the advancement of our profession. If
you believe for one moment that the passion for my profession suddenly
disappeared when I became an ABC Director, you are sadly mistaken.
Believe me when I say; wearing a board hat is very difficult at times. Ask
any board member. And, as I have found out, it is a requirement.
Please remember that while all hats may look similar, there are a variety of
folks who fit underneath ‘em.
Professionally yours;
Mike Allen, CPO, FAAOP
