Bob, thank you for your reply! However my question was not answered.
Is it concievable (possible), under the proposed by-laws that might govern the consolidation of a new AAOP,
that the board directors (indivisuals or business members) could all be non ABC certified professionals?

I would strongly suggest that anyone having questions like the following
consult the proposed bylaws for the consolidated organization at

Regarding Tony Barr's specific questions, the bylaws the composition of the
board of directors of the consolidated organization. Directors are split
equally between Individual and Business Members. The bylaws require all
Business Members to be firms principally engaged in... orthotics and
prosthetics. Officers (except the Secretary) must be an individual member
or an employee of a member firm. They are elected by the voting
membership, the majority of whom will be Individual Members.
