Just wondering:
If we can grandfather folks into a licensure situation in various
states, why can't isn't an election called with specific statutory
compliance (2/3 vote) grandfathered?

When I entered college, the graduation requirements were fixed and
listed in the current Catalog for the date of matriculation. The next
year some of the requirements changed for those entering at that later
date, however my requirements did not change. I was grandfathered by
virtue of the rules in place at the time I matriculated.

Has anyone asked our attorney at National office if this is so?

This does seem to be a very vital vote. Maybe special injunctive relief
is available from state courts to allow the vote to be finalized on the
conditions under which it was called.

Just wondering...
