Two poll sources have come in that Germany and the UK require govt.issued licenses to perform O&P services-How about France,Beligium,Italy, Russia,Austrialia,etc.Can anyone provides some assistance on the requirement for other non third world countries??? Thanks in advance!Tony Barr

I do not know of licensing law in any countries apart from the UK.
Here in the UK there are stringent requirements and training before
anyone can apply their services as a prosthetist/orthotist. The
minimum is a 3 year university degree and post graduate
qualifications are desirable.
