Tony - I think you will agree that licensure per se is meaningless
unless the requirements for attaining it set up standards to assure
truly professional and talented performance....are the requirements
mandated and are they enforced or pro forma. A 'quick and dirty' survey
would be more useful if it led to a detailed examination and comparison
of requirements worldwide. GB.
