Hello list,
Due to an enormous number of phone calls, emails, and personal interactions
with list members within the last 3 months, it is apparent that many people
are not happy with some of the things that have happened on the list in the
recent past. The issues which have created this lack of satisfaction are all
avoidable. Therefore, the following is being issued:
WARNING: The list will be temporarily shut down, and people will be asked
to leave the list if a re-enactment of previous battles begins as a result
of this current topic.
Responses to questions should be sent PRIVATELY to people who post questions
or commenmts. Summaries of responses should be provided by the person who
posted the original question. If you do not know how to respond privately,
you can simply copy the e-mail address of the original author and and paste
it into your to: region.
As a first step, individuals who cannot follow these BASIC requests will
have their subscriptions set to full moderation mode which requires each and
every posting by that individual to be read prior to allowing posting to
OANDP-L.
If this is not effective in maintaining control the offenders will be
quietly removed from oandp-l.
If you have additional questions, e-mail me directly.
Thank you.

First of all
this woman is NOT your patient... she is your customer
she is also an adult and her motivations are NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS no
matter what you know of her background
for all you know she could have serious self image problems and is looking
for some reinforcement or maybe she wants to sell photographs of herself to
pay for some goodies she needs, like meds or maybe that limb she wants
if you have a problem with giving her the information she wants, just tell
her you've never heard of devotees and can't help her.
this is a no brainer and these things would be a lot easier if people would
lighten up and realize that we are fully capable of making our own
decisions and don't need anyone who does not see us as the equals that we
are in this relationship second guessing our motivations or anything else
that is not your concern
your concern is with her limb and that's where your business with her ends.
