Dear Mr.Wasef,
Hi, I am Srivatsa from Chennai,India. Your problem isn't solveble. The most
best method is to give a HKAFO with the butterfly extension. If the client
is a child without any muscle paralysis then my choice would be to give a
KAFO and Bil Elbow crutches and train the child to stand in posture with
increased lumbar lordosis. May be intially I will increase the heel of the
shoe to create a relative dorsiflexion at the ankle and facilitate hip
extension with the placement of the crutches and pushing the lumbar region
forward to prevent hip flexion. Also I would teach some spinal extension
excersices.
I hope this is of some help for you.
Srivatsa.
