Vic Cocowitch was the consultant for the steering committee on the
consolidation issue. He worked sporadically for about 8-9 months and was
paid about $25,000. He gets no more money for consolidation passing than
he does if it fails. His job was to facilitate the discussion among the
members of the O&P organizations to help them figure out what they wanted
to do.
