Frank, you've got both feet in your mouth trying to say something about
which you are evidently ignorant. You've got to try to understand how
Kimberly is coming on and that it is, indeed, very similar to the way you
yourself would come on if you were 'wearing her shoes' in some situation in
your own life. Kim's anger is rhetorical and real at the same time and as
such reads as legit in dialog here.
As to the reimbursement problems you mention, there are many
inconsistencies there.....and BTW why are you not out front in an effort to
reform the strictures of the insurance world in re prosthetics. Listen, we
all see people walking away from their efforts with substantial cash...not
