Tell her to check with the local DME providers. There are several nice
looking systems available. Many colors to chose from too....pkm

I don't know if they have wooden crutches but Thomas Fetterman, Inc. has some
really nice collapsible crutches. I bet they could tell you where to find
wooden customs. Their # is 1-888-355-6941.
Good luck,

I am not sure which type you are seeking but I wanted to tell you about
Walk Easy aluminum forearm crutches. They sell adjustable crutches but will
supply fixed length crutches at an additional cost of $10 per pair. Mine
are adjustable and I was so pleased with them that I purchased two more
pairs--they come in several colors.
Go to <URL Redacted> or call them at 1-800-441-2904
Also you might want to look at Thomas Fetterman's web site at:

His company also sells fixed length as well as adjustable crutches. I
believe he sells wooden custom length crutches as well.

I work with patients who have a wide variety of diagnoses. The crutch they like the best is the Walk Easy. It is a very light weight durable crutch that comes in many colors and 3-4 adult models. Our clinic has many brands of crutches for patients to try and most pick the Walk Easy brand to purchase. Let me know if you need more info.

Have you looked in the ACA magazine? If you receive the other disabled
