<< Thus, a supplier member does not need to comply with scope of practice

However if a supplier member does become in engaged in the delivery of O&P
patient care in the development, research, testing, and, etc., of product(s)
they will need to comply. Is this correct?
At the present time I do not believe this is required of
manufactures/supplers in AOPA.
It might be easier to define the term O&P patient care in the statement.
>>All members must agree to abide by ABC facility and practitioner standards
of excellence>>
Are the ABC facility standards of excellence the same as for ABC facility
accreditation?
Sorry to be the one asking the questions, but I would rather ask them now
then have to deal with bylaw changes later on.
