I received today the draft bylaws for the proposed association and I have
some questions. Am I correct in assuming that the ABC and NCOPE will
continue to be just like they are now ( changing from a corp. to a
division is not that big of a change ), with their own budgets and
programs, and that the only real consolidation is that the Academy will
disappear? Who gains from this?
I hope these can be answered in straight forward language, instead of the
political double speak non-answers that have been used here lately.
