     HELP !!!

     I make a lot of AFO's for babies ( age 1month - 12 months) that
have either forefoot
     adductus or clubfoot. Many of them are still rather chubby, and
the foot is relatively
     small.

     I have tried many different ways of strapping in order to keep the
heel well down in the
     orthosis but I still haven't found a way that is fully satisfactory
and still feel that I am
     approaching each individual baby with a trial and error ability and
fingers crossed.
     In these cases both casting and bivalved AFO's are not an option.

     Your input and experiences would be most useful.
