I have 2 young boys who I have treated with foot orthoses over a period of
4 years.

One will be moving from Australia in May 99, to live in Pittsburgh USA for
approximately 3 years and the other has recently moved to Calgary in Canada
for 2 years. (It seems like an awfully long way to go to ecsape my
treatment)

I would therefore anticipate that during this time they would require a
number of adjustments and probably replacements.

The boy going to Pittsburgh is covered by a Blue Cross Fund insurance
scheme in the US through his father's company and I am unsure as to the
insurance status of the other.

I would appreciate any recommendations or suggestions of facilities which
would like to help with their ongoing management. I can then pass these to
the parents and they can make inquiries with people directly.
