Thank you Tony for putting some color into the consolidation issue. The advertising, or commercialization of the Registry and professional banner, is exactly the example of what consolidation is about. In my opinion it only goes to support the notion that other allied medical professionals have of the O&P providers (in general): that we are VENDORS when we come into the hospital arena, privateers who may as well be stocking the machines with potato chips and sodas. Professional recognition, a continuous uphill struggle, will take a step backward with consolidation.
