The draft bylaws for the consolidated organization may be found at the
following site: <URL Redacted>.
The AOPA and Academy memberships will receive a copy of the consolidation
plan prior to the vote in August. Although I can't give an exact date, the
elected leadership is committed to giving members adequate information and
time to study it.
