To whom it may concern;
My name is Philip Lis and I an currently a student at UT
Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas in the Prosthetics and Orthotics
program. I am expecting to graduate from UT Southwestern with a
Bachelors of Science degree in Prosthetics and Orthotics in May 1999. I
am currently looking for a Board Eligible Orthotist position that may be
located in the southeast part of the country.
I feel that with my past work experience and recent education, I can
make a positive contribution to your orthotics department. I have
received a Bachelors of Science degree in Kinesiology from the
University of North Texas in 1994. I have also received Associates
degrees in Electro-Mechanical Engineering Technology (1988), and
Robotics and Fluid Power (1989). A Certificate in Machine Tool
Technology was also achieved in 1982. I worked as a Physical Therapy
Technician for two years in an acute hospital setting. I also worked as
a Day Care Director / Recreation Supervisor for nine months. I worked
as a machinist / mechanical technician for approximately eight years. I
am very good with my hand / fabrication skills and can communicate
effectively with a wide range of ages.
If you have any questions, please contact me at
<Email Address Redacted> I will send my resume and list of references if you
are interested. Thanks in advance.
