OANDP-L is now in full moderation mode, which means that I will have to
manually inspect each posting and approve it or disapprove it based upon
content before releasing it to the public. This may delay postings by
hours, or days (the weekend is here!), and I am sorry for the inconvenience.
Until everyone gets this out of their system and actually reads through ALL
of the emails in their box before responding to the first provoking post, it
will have to remain this way. This is a professional list, and I do not
think that the majority of subscribers would like to see it errode to
anything less.
PLEASE use US POLITICS in subject lines if appropriate, and let's not start
another world war over this!
