Dear David
Smith & Nephew Inc. carries the Rolyan TAP (Tone And Positioning) Splint. There
are two designs - one for the upper extremity and one for the lower extremity.
It is designed to apply a rotational force to the extremity. Either can be used
for hyper or hypotonicity. The upper extremity one can be used to improve either
pronation or supination range. The US price is about $37.00 each. For more
information call 800-558-8633.
