Hi Tony
I have broached this subject with techs and practioners when they start to
complain about thier rate of pay. Then they back down because they assume
some risk. In general I think if someone is willing to assume that kind of
risk they have an entreprenerial spirit and will or should start their own
business. Good luck trying, let us know if you are successful.
