So for I've sent 100 copies of my procedure to points all around the globe.
That's a little over 10% of the subscribers to this list. This level of
interest comes as a pleasant surprise to me. Three people didn't get their
copy due the following mail errors. Perhaps you can get it indirectly from
another list member.

It is always refreshing, but in my experience, certainly not the norm to
have such free sharing of ideas and techniques in a competitive market
place.....our clients (or patients - your preference) will certainly be the
beneficiaries.
