I have a patient with a clutch lock shuttle that I need identified. It
is black with a blue anodized button, 4 hole threaded pattern distally,
hemispherical socket attachment proximally with a chrome top center piece
where the pin enters. It is approx. 1 3/8 tall . I need to replace it
with a similar adaptor that is not a shuttle lock. Please let me know if
this sounds familiar and who makes it.
Thanks,
Lane Ferrin CP
