Title:
Contracture control knee orthosis for amputees
Text:
I am searching for a company, which may be located in California, that custom
makes to measurements knee orthoses for contracture control on BK amputees.
The outer material of the device is grey in color and it has a full Kodel
(sheepskin) liner with adjustable knee joints. The lower section comes under
the stump, over the distal end, then lays back over the anterior surface. The
posterior portion has extensions that then fold around and velcro fasten to
the anterior section creating a totally encapsulating environment.
I'm aware of the RCAI and all the other brands but I just want to track down
this specific design. Please E-mail me if you can help.
Thanks,
Tim Newton C.O.
