There have been reports of people reacting to mold spores from plaster and
corn starch which are created by the fine dry dust of the milling machine. I
do not know of any problems using urethane foam blanks with good milling
machine and extraction\dust equiptment.

They have their own foam processing plant and have all the technical expertise
on laminating, themoforming, extrachting,and handling foams. Also, they make
retrofit mandrels for the milling machines and vice and forming mandrels
