Hi Bob & Tom,
How about starting with an old idea that goes back to the days when we were
trying to sell the National Office on the idea of using computers. An on-line
search engine to locate O&P facilities and practitioners.
A database with this type of information was discussed with NO staff when the
first NO computer was purchased.
From what I am seeing of late this could be a whole new O&P National Office in
tune with the profession of O&P. I am really looking forward to meeting the
two of you in Miami.
The amputees having been working on the database of prosthetists for awhile
and your post is very timely because with the same e-mail I received the
following.
Subj: CPs and web pages

Ok folks
Yet another part of the new web site will have a page that is designed to give
new amps a starting
point in searching for their new Prosthetist.
If any of you have CPs that you would like to recomend to new or old amps,
please send em on. It may be a
good idea to get their permission and we can post 800 numbers or whatever they
prefer.
