Does anyone know a phone number, address or whatever for places that sell
just one shoe (without it's mate)? A gentleman posting in the orthopedic
discussion group from Physicians Online asked and all I could think of was
Nordstroms who will reputedly let you puchase different sizes for each
foot (eg to accomodate orthotics). He's in AZ.

I've seen the info before, but don't have it.
