Help! I have a 17 year old athlete, approx. 230 lbs. and 6 ft tall who has a
recurrent shoulder dislocation problem. It has happened two times in 6 months
and he is going to continue playing football. The Dr. wants a sleeve to
restrict abduction of the arm as well as external rotation so that the patient
will have enough limited motion to play but not enough to pop the shoulder
once again.
With all the athletes around, please tell me the name of a manufacturer of
such a restricted motion sleeve. I can find plenty of sleeves but not one
already equipped with a motion control strap.
