 Abstracts of Replies/Comments:

A patient of that size probably requires a custom made rigid knee brace
for protection and security. It is difficult to recommend without knowing
the diagnosis. The custome Townsend Air or Custom fit Rebel or Rebel-X
are viable choices.

On a Similar patient we had the original manufacture of the Knee
Orthosis (in our case Bell Horn) add an Esastic Gusset to increase the
size in the thigh area. That worked well enough for our patient(4'11,
345 lbs) Good luck.
