Greetings Listees,
Curious if anyone out there is using 'paperless' intake processes. I just
sat through the SolutionReach presentation on their product, and while it
seems real glossy, sexy and the answer to all the excuses people cook up
for why it's too hard for them to show up on time for their appointments
AND be responsible for the data they provide us, I'm still getting that
itch on the back of my brain telling me humans can screw up anything with
the proper motivation (both employees and patients). That being said, does
anyone in Listland have tales they wish to share pertaining to the trials,
tribulations, victories or epic failures regarding this subject matter? I'm
all ears and a willing receiver to the venting too.
Thank you so much for reading/responding. I am really looking forward to
the insights. May the forces of evil be confused, get lost and end up in
the Arkham Asylum on the way to your house.
