Greetings O&P List-Serve Members,
I am a current Second Year P&O Student at the University of Pittsburgh. On behalf of the staff and University, I am looking for qualifying participants to complete a survey relating to the Prevalence of Physical Activity and Exercise within the Amputee Community.
If you know of a patient within your care, or you yourself meet the following inclusion criteria, please consider taking this quick 10 minute survey.
* Amputee (at least 6 months post-op) and/or congenital limb deficiency
* 18-65 years of age
The survey may be completed by following the link below. Practitioners, please share this link with any and as many qualifying patients as possible.
