HI all,

I don’t do much in the way of orthotics and we have come across a couple patients who’s braces have been denied due to them receiving one within 5 years. We have contacted Medicare a couple times and they won’t disclose a list of codes that fall into that regulation. Does anyone have knowledge or a list of orthotic L codes that have a 5 year wait period before another or similar device can be prescribed and fit? Thx.
