I would like to gauge the understanding and awareness of Limb Loss & Preservation Registry.
I am hopeful that prosthetists, orthotists will engage and support the registry as we begin this exciting journey. We were very proud to begin public discussion around the registry at the recent Amputee Coalition Meeting in San Antonio, TX. where the registry was enthusiastically well received and we left the conference extremely excited. We will be attending the AOPA conference in San Diego and are looking forward to spreading the word.
What we would like to do is better understand what prosthetists and orthotists feel about the registry. in order to do so I would ask that if you please click on the link below which will offer some insight.

I am extremely fortunate to be involved with the registry. I would like to better understand your perspective if you would be so kind as to offer your thoughts on the following:
1. What have you heard about the registry
2. What concerns do you have regarding participating in the registry?
3. What excites you about the registry?
4. What would prevent or restrict your taking part?
If there are other questions you require answers to please by all means reach out and I will gladly address them.
Based on the answers I receive I may come back to you with a short survey asking you to rank order some key points.
Kind regards
Kev
