Here are some of the responses I have heard so far - I am going to be trying the 3D version first and see how it goes.
Velcro Sensitive Fabric responses
Hey Cheryl. We use a product from Ottobock called ComforTex <URL Redacted>
Velcro sticks to it. I line KAFO thigh Shells and occasionally AFO calf to ankle.
Our 3D lining fabric is what you are after. I can send a sample.

Hey Cheryl. I use this stuff for prosthetic applications all the time. If you order bulk, it is about 56 cm wide and a couple meters long. They would probably send you a piece from MOT but if not let me know what dimensions you need and I’ll send you a strip (Neo-Axilla loop padding was the link he added)
We’ve been using this <URL Redacted> and it’s not bad. Works well with micro hook.
Benik corporationin Siverdale WA has velcro sensative neoprene with nylon on the other side and I believe you can get it ventilated.
Hi Cheryl- we use the 3D Fabric from Proteor. Part Number TT381. We have been using this for a few years as a better/more cost effective alternative to Spacetex from Ottobock.
Thanks to all for replying! Thanks Paul for hosting this great forum!
