The question was “How can I join the networks who rejected because their panel is closed, or they have enough providers, BUT they contracted with another company who opened satellite office after me”
Many asked me to share responds.
One said “Do not contract with them, cause their rates are low, and if I accept, then other payor (even Medicare) will lower their rate
One suggested to call them regularly.
While it’s look like this is the issue that almost all new practices face these days, BUT still I cannot understand how they rejected me and signed with another company!
I believe it’s NOT fair that the existing company who opened 20 years ago and have contract with all of them, grows and opens multiple locations every year in different counties (sometimes with lower patient care because they're open 1-2 days/week) , and this, prevents new businesses to be survived! Where are we going? how many patients we want to have? How much money we want to make?

> Hi everybody,
> It’s more than 2 years I am trying to join some networks (such as CHOC and Monarch) but they always tell me that their panel is closed and they have enough providers in the area and not looking to add a new one. This is while they added other companies who opened their satellite offices in the area after me! any suggestion how to join them? Do I need to know their contracting manager personally to be able to join them?
> Any advise and recommendation would be highly appreciated.
